Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
No. The Free plan requires no credit card. Starter includes a 7-day trial; Trader, Professional, and Enterprise require payment before access is upgraded.
What payment methods do you accept?
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You can pay with major credit or debit cards at checkout.
Which plan should I choose?
Start on Free to test the workflow. Choose Starter if you research weekly and want alerts. Choose Trader if you trade actively and need full chart timeframes, higher volume, and Pro indicators. Choose Professional if you need unlimited analyses, API access, and maximum Guru depth.
What happens after the 7-day Starter trial?
Your Starter subscription begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before day 7. You can cancel anytime from account settings and keep access through the end of the billing period.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your subscription page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
