Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
No. The Free plan requires no credit card. Starter, Trader, Professional, and Enterprise require payment before access is upgraded.
What payment methods do you accept?
Paid plans are billed securely through Stripe (credit and debit cards). USDC prepaid checkout may be available for select monthly plans when enabled.
Does the Free plan show ads?
Yes. The Free plan may show ads on browse pages such as News, Movers, Trending, and Dashboard. Subscribe to Starter or higher for an ad-free experience plus higher analysis limits, alerts, and Guru access.
Which plan should I choose?
Start on Free to test the workflow. Choose Starter if you research weekly and want Guru subscriptions, full Gem Finder, and higher monthly limits. Not ready monthly? Day, 3-Day, or Week Pass gives limited Starter-like access (analyses, portfolio alerts, research chat, intraday). Choose Trader if you trade actively and need full chart timeframes, higher volume, and Pro indicators. Choose Professional if you need unlimited analyses, API access, and maximum Guru depth.
When does billing start on Starter?
Starter and other paid plans bill immediately at checkout. You can cancel anytime from account settings and keep access through the end of the billing period.
Do you offer day, 3-day, or week passes?
Yes. Day Pass ($0.99/day) gives 8 technical and 2 fundamental analyses, 1 portfolio asset with price alerts, research chat, Starter indicators, and intraday coverage. 3-Day Pass ($2.99) gives 24 technical and 6 fundamental with 3 portfolio assets. Week Pass ($6.99/week) gives 40 technical and 10 fundamental, 5 portfolio assets, plus 1 Indicator Index scan. Guru subscriptions and full Gem Finder stay on Starter+. Cancel anytime from this page. Free onboard unlocks stay on your account.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your subscription page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
