Does ChartGuru analyze the screenshot image itself?

Upload extracts symbol, indicator, and timeframe from the chart image. The scored analysis then runs on live market data for that setup—so you get decision support that stays current, not only a grade of a frozen PNG.

Do I need to upload a chart every time?

No. Search any supported symbol on Technical without uploading. Screenshot upload is optional when you already have a chart open.

Is screenshot upload free?

Yes—the free plan includes a limited number of successful screenshot extracts per month. Failed non-chart uploads do not burn monthly success quota. Paid plans raise the limit.
